Construction Sign Slack
It used to be that at the end of the day when the construction crew was finished and cleared out for the day that they would remove or turn around all the construction warning and traffic alteration signs. Certainly all the signs would be quickly removed once construction was complete. These days, signs are rarely altered at the end of day and may hang around for several weeks after constructions completes. What gives?
